Online psychiatric appointments are available only when the patient is physically located where Maya Warren, MD is authorized to provide care.

Eligible locations are Washington and Oregon.

The patient’s location may be confirmed before or during an online appointment.

Online care may not be appropriate for every condition, patient or medication.

PsycheMD may require an office appointment or recommend another local healthcare service.

7. Booking and Patient Portal

Appointment booking and clinical communication are handled through external platforms.

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Protecting account credentials

  • Using a secure device and internet connection

  • Reviewing applicable third-party terms

  • Reporting unauthorized account access

Existing patients should use the secure Patient Portal for clinical communication.

General email should be used only for administrative questions.

8. Fees, Insurance and Cancellations

Fees and insurance participation may change.

Insurance coverage depends on the patient’s plan, deductible, copayment, coinsurance and network status.

Patients are responsible for confirming insurance benefits and paying charges not covered by insurance.

Private-pay patients are responsible for the applicable appointment fee.

Please provide at least 48 hours of notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. A late cancellation fee may apply.

Payment details and applicable fees may be handled through the secure booking or patient portal.

Uninsured and self-pay patients may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
